Black women and their hair are the topic of many discussions and the subject of many movies and books. Today natural hair for the black woman is more mainstream; but still possesses stigmas and is not readily supported in the media; what message does this present to young black girls? Ms. Johnson’s book ‘A Natural Woman’ focuses a romance around natural hair that is HOT.
