How is it they have an opinion at all? Its not their head and chances are they aren't paying for it.
They don't! We have to ignore their ignorance and continue to uplift and encourage one another. Trust me, they won't do it! Some will, but most will continue to drag us down.
They are a non-factor in deciding to get braids, BTW my husband loves natural hair and hairstyles, but if he didn't then well, guess what - It's still gonna happen!!!!
LOL @ Lashonda! Okay?! I know thats real. Whats up with the whole, "its lazy" comment? I mean I know some sistas do braid it up and leave it in looking a HAM for too long, but lazy? Chile please...they need to have 5 seats.
