Cleansing the Scalp

Wanna clean scalp?

When you shampoo, do you get the feeling that you aren't cleansing your scalp enough? Well, I had this feeling recently and while shampooing, I looked over at my exfoliating gloves that were laying on my bathtub and then the light bulb hit me! I pulled them on and shampooed again paying strict attention to my scalp. I did not rub hard, really softly, making sure not to disturb the locs and wallah! I swear I thought my scalp sighed relief. I mean it felt so good, and my scalp was truly cleansed.

Now since these are exfoliating gloves, there needn't be any intense rubbing, scratching, digging, or vigorous washing, but it was a great departure from the norm. So, if you want a truly clean scalp, go to your nearest pharmacy, WalMart, Target, or beauty supply store and pick up a pair of inexpensive exfoliating gloves. They sale for as low as $2.95 a pair!
