She hails from Jamaica, where she is President of 360 ARTISTS™, a full service artist management agency that provides traditional management support in addition to:..
• Business development strategies (providing CPA services as needed, publishing and label setup, etc)
• Administrative and Legal support
• Strategic Artist and Brand development,
• Traditional and New Media Marketing and Promotions,
• Merchandising development,
• Artist Booking
Essentially, “covering them from all angles.”

She is also an artist manager for alternative rock artist, Crimson Heart Replica and Tour Manager and part-time consultant to recording artist, Diana King.
She has worked on several projects including: - The 3rd annual Festival of the Arts, Boca, which featured renowned violinist Itzhak Perlman, and the Russian National Orchestra,

- Wurdz n’ Rydimz™, a monthly live entertainment event at the Hilton Hotel, New Kingston. The event featured "A" list artists such as Diana King, Tessanne Chin, Etana, Cezar and Taurus Riley.

- eNKompan. E™, a new project-based Professional Dance/ Physical Theatre Company in Jamaica, headed by Neila Ebanks,

- “Building a Bridge from Kingston to L.A.™”, a project endorsed by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC).
