Hi Writing Addict,

I love your hair and I love your blog!
My sister decided she wanted to get locks and I was not interested. And, now, I'm on board as well!
I have a few questions for you.
1) I noticed that you live in the Las Vegas area. Well, I'm in the high desert - Victorville. I was wondering if you can recommend a few excellent locticians. I would be willing to travel anywhere from
Las Vegas to LA to San Diego.

2) I am liking the look of the bigger locks best, I think. But, I want to get a sense for what is considered med and what is considered large. I think I want something in the med range. However do you have any pictures that would be a good example of med and large. Are yours considered small?
This is a link to a video of the exact size that I would like my locks to be. You may have seen her videos already. http://www.youtube.com/user/chescaleigh

I do apologize for being so long winded. However, I am so excited about the decision that I have made to get locks!
Thanks for the inspiration.

Best,
Bridget

Hey Queen!!!! I didn't know you were a celebrity!!! You go!!!! I got my magazine from Ms. Kitty Soulflower and let me say I am in no way disappointed!!! And to my surprise there you were!! In the magazine!!! Along with some other bloggers that I follow, Ms. Blaqkofi & Knots-n-locks. I am so glad that Ms. Soulflower put this magazine together & I hope more volumes follow. Then I can have an arsenal of beautiful women with loc's to show all of the naysayers.

Thanks Queens for your support! Also new2locs I wish I were famous, lol!! But thank you anyway! I am glad you are pleased with Kitty's magazine. It was long overdue, and very thoughtful of her to do something like that for us.

These look so good! I love the last one with the fist in the air.

Welcome Queens from Around the World!

To rock your locs confidently you must not seek acceptance, nor approval. You must demand respect in all of its highest forms by first respecting yourself.

Jah Bless!
