Garnier's Fake Ass Apology

Hey Queens just wanted you all to know how fake Garnier is. I received the following letter concerning the complaint I filled out about the commercial (click here if you don't recall or if you knew nothing about it). Anyway, it appears as if they are just sending out robotic messages, and I highly doubt if they are going to do anything about it! We must keep sending them complaint letters, and possibly contact a media group. I do know this is the same exact message they are sending everyone who complains about the afro commercial:

Thank you for letting us know how you feel about the commercial for our Garnier Fructis styling product.

We apologize if our commercial offended you in any way. We assure you that was not our intention.

L'Oreal prides itself on the diversity of our brands and our ability to anticipate the needs of consumers around the world. The opinions of our consumers are important to us when making decisions about our products, services and advertising. We are, therefore, forwarding your concerns to the appropriate marketing executives.

Umm hmm, real fake if you ask me! I think I might have to contact CNN, they are always looking for something to report on when it comes to racial relations!
