Dr. Bronner's Magic Pure Castile Classic Soaps

Unlike any you’ve ever used. A combination of organic extra virgin coconut, olive, jojoba and hemp oils, together with pure essential oils, creates a unique soap that cleans effectively without being aggressive and produces a velvety-lather that leaves the skin silky-smooth and refreshed. This shampoo will leave your scalp tingly refreshed without all the fillers! When you're done with washing your locs why not use it to wash the house? Its gentle enough to use on your head but powerful enough to clean your whole house!

Infuses the hair cuticle to help restore lost moisture and protect against dryness. I have used this product since my locs became mature. I swear by this product and I contribute my healthy locs to this! This leave-in conditioner boasts that it enhances the texture and condition of your hair. I don't know about all that, but I do know my hair isn't right without it immediately after washing and as a spritz a few times a week.  Maybe the fact that it has some Castor oil in it has something to do with it.  Found in beauty supply stores, and your local shopping centers.

Carol's Daughter Loc Butter
Loc Butter is an exceptional styling aid used for rolling and twisting while providing a desirable hold and a satin sheen. This long-lasting Carol’s Daughter favorite has been used by stylists and customers for almost 15 years. Light-scented and water-free Loc Butter nourishes the scalp and helps maintain hair’s natural health.

"I have used this product off and on for over 5 years, I love the smell, and the sheen it gives my locs. Beware though, you will need to do regular vinegar rinses to avoid product buildup."

Organic Lock & Twist Gel.

This is probably one of the best products on the market and easily accessible at your neighborhood pharmacy, and retail super store. This product smells really nice, and clean. The upside to this product is how light it is. The downside is it can and will dry out your locs. Make sure you do not use too much.

Organic Coconut Oil

Is a wonderful light oil which strengthens our hair. Pure virgin coconut really does not have the coconut smell that you are accustomed to. Also, you have to be very careful when using on locs, because it solidifies when cold, but turns into oil when hot. Therefore, I only use this oil during the summer, as it can get trapped into our locs (like we need anything else to get trapped into our hair, lol). So again, use this oil because it is lightweight, and it works well in warm weather, but make sure to use a good clarifying shampoo, and regular apple cider vinegar rinses to prevent buildup. Also you know coconut butter is great for skin, so is the oil. It is perfect to use on your skin, lightweight and very conditioning!
